ترانزیستور L7805 استفاده شده در ایسیوهای خودرویی رگولاتور و تامین کننده ولتاژ میباشد.
ترانزیستورL7805 ترانزیستور دو قطبی عایق شده یا همان LGBT جزو نیمه هادی قدرت بوده و به عنوان یک سوییچ الکترونیکی با بازدهی بالا استفاده میشود.
ترانزیستور L7805 با پکیج D2PACK و 3 پایه توسط شرکت ST microelectronics تولید و به بازار عرضه میشود.
